BOERNE, Texas -- A local father who is on a worldwide search to find his missing daughter now has the legal documents needed to help him get her back.
A Kendall County judge granted Galen Kaufman full custody of his 8-year-old daughter, Camille, on Tuesday. Kaufman's ex-wife, Lynanne Foster, disappeared with Camille more than 9 months ago.

"I still don't know how long it's going to be before I see her," said father Galen Kaufman. "But hopefully, it will be soon, and we'll have all the tools we will need to get the job done legally."
The judge ruled that once Lynanne Foster is caught, she won't be able to see her daughter until further orders from the court.
Foster is wanted by the FBI and has state and federal warrants out for her arrest.
