SAN ANTONIO - We have new details on a reported heist at the Alamo…

Nothing is missing!

In fact, the problem is quite the opposite. There is one too many copies of the Texas Declaration of Independence.

San Antonio Police were called to the Alamo Thursday for a reported theft of one of the priceless documents. Then on Friday a spokesperson for the Texas General Land Office said all 13 original copies are accounted for.

The problem is that one chapter of the Daughters of the Republic Of Texas claimed they owned a copy. But if that's true, that would make 14 original copies. That chapter couldn't find their copy, so that's why police were called.

It was later found and experts are working to authenticate it.
