SAN ANTONIO -- A toddler who police say has been missing since August has been located.
Police say Genisis Nevaeh Franco was dropped off at a family member’s house Thursday by her father, Michael Anthony Franco, and is in good health.
According to investigators, Michael Franco left with his daughter on or about August 30th, 2012 and did not return. Police say he is still at large, and investigators are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police at 210-207-7273.
