FORT WORTH (NBC News Channel) -- A motion-activated camera at a Fort Worth family's favorite hunting spot is capturing shots of mysterious objects.

Lisa Brock-Piekarski's game camera is supposed to take pictures of the deer on her Archer City hunting lease, but the pictures show something she can't explain.

"What I see looks almost like a Frisbee," she said. "You see a several lights going around, and they're all symmetrical and lit up, and it just looks like an object in the sky."

Brock-Piekarski's is hesitant to call the string of lights in the sky UFOs, although she can't identify the flying objects.

"We've seen falling stars, all kinds of stuff out there because you're away form the city," she said. "Anytime there's a meteor shower or anything, you can see it a lot better, but I've never seen anything like that."

Brock-Piekarski said the pictures were taken by a single motion-activated game camera. The equipment wasn't moved, and it doesn't have a flash. Instead, it uses infrared. She said she has ruled out light posts or cell phone towers because the area is pretty empty.

"There's nothing back there but trees and sky," she said. "There's no hills, no buildings, nothing back there. It's all flat."

Timestamps on several pictures also show that the object hovered in the air for almost two hours. Whatever it is, she is now a little hesitant to go out to her deer blind alone.

"It's creepy," Brock-Piekarski said. "I don't know if I want to be sitting out in my deer stand by my self anymore, hunting."

Archer City, which is just south of Wichita Falls, is also close to Sheppard Air Force Base. The installation did not immediately return requests asking if it had planes up the night the pictures were taken.

with the quality of cameras of such relatively high quality, especially digital cameras, why is the picture so small? It could be anything in the distance, including a row of lights on a distant tower, or on a building set on a hill. A UFO is not be the first thing that comes to mind when I look at this photo.

I orignally saw this picture on the Coast to Coast website. I am a paranormal investigator and have captured these same "flying lights or UFO's" hundreds of times. I hate to burst your bubble, but it is a cobweb in front of the camera lens. Which explains why it went away as the sun began to rise. After catching the same effect in many of my pictures, I finally figured out what it was by immediately looking and feeling around the area that I took the picture in. When I did, I had a cobweb on my hand. I then took another picture in the exact same area and direction and there were no unexplainable lights. Sorry folks, just a spider doing her job, no little men from outer space.

I saw this picture on the Coast to Coast website. I am a Paranormal Investigator and I hate to burst your bubble, but all the "UFO" is..is a cobweb. I have taken several pictures while ghost hunting and have caught the EXACT same thing. Upon investigation, I finally figured out that it was simply a cobweb.

By definition if you can't identify a flying object, it is a UFO, meaning "UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT. Like most people, this woman thinks that ufo means "flying saucer." I have no idea why people are so ignorant of the SIMPLEST terminology!

Just out of curiosity I printed off the picture and scanned it with my bar code reader at Target, and ERROR: decoded CRABTREE showed up on the register tape. The funny thing is that CRABTREE was in green, and the tape is only that fake black and white that is really sort of a dark blue color, and the next customer rang up a sixty-seven and forty-three cent ticket for one dollar and thirty-seven cents. If you google 137 and "physics" some pretty peculiar stuff comes back. I'm not sure what it means.
