SAN ANTONIO -- Two people were injured in a Northeast Side apartment fire Tuesday.
Fire crews were called to the Villas at Ventana Apartments in 2100 block of Northeast Loop 410 around 1:25 p.m. Tuesday. At least three units were damaged. Two people were taken to a hospital for smoke inhalation, and Red Cross officials said they were helping at least nine residents.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
