SAN ANTONIO- Two Hispanic men in their early 20’s were arrested for criminal trespassing at the Bexar County Courthouse. It happened Sunday night around 8:45 p.m. That’s when a security officer at the courthouse spotted the two suspects on a surveillance camera and immediately called police.

Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies and San Antonio Police responded.
The two were immediately arrested.

Sergeant Raul Garza with the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said while they searched the courthouse inside, it didn’t appear as if the two had entered the building. Officers did find some damage to the rooftop where the pair had climbed. They said there were some broken tiles.

The suspects revealed they are from Houston and they climbed up on the fire escape and onto the roof top because they were drunk.

If San Antonio gave a poop and gave a stiff sentence, i bet it wouldn't happen again.

Most people that are at the courthouse either, work there or have some type of case to settle in court. And those that are in court for such cases don't usually want to be there and yet you have idiots like these that want to break in for fun?

Someone should open a club and name it The Courthouse. "Yeah, baby. I'm still at the courthouse".

Does the courthouse have a sign inviting intruders in at night? This is the second or third time trepassers from out of town have been caught. Maybe they could do an after hours tour of the courthouse and generate revenue.
