SAN ANTONIO -- Shoppers at a Northeast Side HEB store ended up in the dark Wednesday morning after truck hit a nearby power line and knocked out power at the store.

Police said the garbage truck hit the power line while emptying a dumpster behind the HEB Central Market on Broadway.

The outage lasted about two hours and affected two blocks.
