NEW YORK (NBC News Channel) -- Today is "Blue Monday," considered to be the most depressing day of the year.

Many will seek a cure with some retail therapy. More than a third of Americans say winter is the season they'd most likely shop to improve their mood, according to an online coupon cabin survey.

Plus, only nine percent feel guilty about their choice of therapy.

WHAT do you do to beat the blues?

Economic mess of 2007? The average unemployment during that year was 4.7% genius (look it up BLS.gov). Most economists consider that full employment, so yes thanks for reminding me how great the economy was during the Bush years. And what healthcare "compromise" are you talking about? Not one Republican voted for Obamacare. Who'd Obama compromise with, himself? Anyway, Obama lied to America on the record saying he'd lower family healthcare premiums $2,500. So far, he's off $5,500, over 10% of the median American household income. You want to wait another year for when costs go up even more thanks to Obamacare? No problem. You may as well admit Obamacare was just a route to total gov_care. At least you'll sound like a smart socialist rather than a lying socialist.

That the most substantive complaint you can come up with, Baven? That he didn't fix the colossal economic mess of 2007 fast enough and debt free? and that the healthcare compromise isn't taking effect fast enough? You are a sad, pathetic dude.

Where is this affordable healthcare liberals keep talking about? Can I get some? Family Health Premiums are estimated to have increased $3,000 per year under four years of Obama, whereas he swore up and down over and over he'd lower them $2,500 per year. Need to see Obama in his own words and lies? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_o65vMUk5so&list=PL478Jstt7ezAw3-nDPE8vmF9u0kAaVy2m&feature=mh_lolz. And yes, let's not even get into Obama record deficit, debt, number on disability, and number of food stamps. But twister is right, I've always been racist against Obama for being white.

twister2: "Boohoo, more citizens have access to affordable healthcare." And more folks are on the street and in the unemployment line because their employers can't afford this affordable healthcare, or their hours have been cut to avoid compliance with it. The rest of us are having a hard time affording the employer offered insurance, which is what the POTUS and his folks want in their desire for a single system insurer......the FEDS. "Boohoo, Obama got us out of the trillion dollar Iraq War over nonexistent WMDs." I'll not argue with you again the phoney baloney about the nonexistent WMD's, but I will ask you this.........why hasn't he pulled our troops out of Afghanistan, the death toll of which (during his 4 years as POTUS alone) outnumber the deaths on 9/11 or from deaths from so called assault weapons. "Boohoo, the economy has stabilized after the 2007 recession." Guess your wallet is one filled by a government job and keeps you from the reality of the moths flying out of most coin purses, as well as having you singing the praises for your incompetent POTUS and his administration and cronies. "Racism is the only thing I can come up with." This statement alone actually underscores your naivety and ignorance of reality for the majority of us. The color of the POTUS' skin has nothing to do with his incompetence and dishonesty and arrogance. Besides, he's half black, half white, so who are you calling racist? Which side racist against which half? I've seen and heard and read comments, commentary, and articles slamming him from all sides, and nowhere is racism involved. Racism is a tool to be used to diffuse reality and turn opinion to the wrong direction. And, the POTUS himself, and his administration and pals, use racism to divide this country and the voters, and you, twister2, are feeding into that frenzy. You can only come up with racism to blame because you can't see reality, or even give room for opposing philosophies and views. Wake up!!

Ha! What a bunch of whiny babies. Boohoo, Obama got us out of the trillion dollar Iraq War over nonexistent WMDs. Boohoo, the economy has stabilized after the 2007 recession. Boohoo, more citizens have access to affordable healthcare. Waah, the president is acknowledging gays, women and minorities have rights. "How do I like him?" I don't understand why people are denying reality in order to hate him. Racism is the only thing I can come up with.

HAHA, Obama can take care of that retail therapy. He just freezes your pay and tada! No money to spend! For those of you that voted him in AGAIN. I hope you don't have anything to do with the military or old enough or sick enough to get social security. But then again, I do hope you are. How do you like him now??????

I watched the 'misfit' ball inauguration on the GlenBeck channel, the Blaze. These are people 'the Obama's administration has attacked viciously in the past, nearly destroying them for standing on principle. I refused to watch this dictator in chief in the destruction of these great Americas. And you know ts just the beginning of a nightmare.

In a speech to the Roman Senate, as recorded by Sallust, Cicero said: "A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly against the city. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely, his sly whispers rustling through all alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears no traitor; he speaks in the accents familiar to his victim, and he wears their face and their garments and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation; he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city; he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared. The traitor is the plague." *** "Inauguration Poster Likens Obama to Jesus" *** http://radio.foxnews.com/toddstarnes/top-stories/inauguration-poster-likens-obama-to-jesus.html
