SAN ANTONIO - Police are looking for three men who assaulted some employees at a East Side fast food restaurant Monday morning.
It happened just before 1 a.m. at the Sonic Drive-In on Rigsby near Loop 410. The restaurant had lost power, so two employees went outside to check it out. That's when three men approached them and hit one of them with a gun. The employees tried to run into the store to get away, but the men were able to force their way in behind them.
A male cook was able to pin down one of the suspects, but then the other two started to attack him.
The suspects took off with only the cook's cell phone.
Two others were treated at the scene.
