Texas soldier charged after pal with hiccups shot and killed

A Central Texas soldier has been charged with killing another in gunfire while allegedly trying to help cure the victim's hiccups.

And here I was thinking the Army taught soldiers about gun safety... RULE #1: ALWAYS TREAT ANY GUN AS IF IT WERE LOADED
