ST. PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS -- Authorities in Minnesota have arrested two people for deliberately assaulting unsuspecting victims and posting a video of the crimes on YouTube.
Police in St. Paul and minneapolis say they're looking for at least six others involved in the attacks.
The teens recorded themselves last weekend attacking bicyclists, pedestrians and children.
Police say the suspects had no motive other than to create fear and hurt people.
Authorities say the video tape itself is a key piece of evidence because it includes the suspects' faces, names and images of the crimes being committed.
Police are also asking victims to come forward so prosecutors can charge the suspects.
