SAN ANTONIO - A teenager was hit by a car while walking along a highway.
The incident occurred around 1:00 a.m. Thursday at the Loop 410/Interstate 10 interchange on the North Side. Police say two teenagers were walking when a car drove by and hit one of them. The car did not stop to help, and the teens were unable to get a good description of the vehicle.
The injured boy was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
