Give her the death penalty ,eye for an eye! This has to stop now ,come on San Antonio wake up and make it mandatory if you drink and drive its jail no bail and 10,000 hours community service , fixing roads cleaning sewers anything to keep these murderers off our streets it is intentional homicide if you drive while drunk in my book and am sure in many other people's book also . My opinions here .

Another day, another drunk driver with priors kills another innocent. When is this county gonna get tougher on these people? Let them ride bikes! If her priors had made a dent in her behavior she wouldn't have been at it again. How many innocent people have to die before they get serious about drunk driving convictions. Enough with probation. No license ever again, take away their voting rights too. Enough is enough.

Another 'actual news' outlet says she had a 1 yr. probation from a previous DWI in 2009. And 6 months probation from 2008 arrest for Pot. I'm thinking 30 years in the can might sober her up.

Let us make sure she never is permitted to drive again; VIA need more patronage.

The bar she was at should be heavily fined for letting a patron get this drunk AND for letting her leave the bar. PERIOD. The bartender should go to jail right next to the person that got drunk. Bars have a responsibility to make sure their patrons get cut off before they get this plastered! Take their freeken keys away from them and call them a cab!

She's leaving a parking lot fast enough to throw him into and over her windshield and then into the side of a building?! Throw the freaking book at her. I will say though that her facebook is...interesting.... This city has a rediculous amount of deaths due to drunk drivers. It's really sad. DON'T DRIVE when you have been drinking!!!

This has to stop. Drink at home people and then go to sleep. Stop getting behind the wheel because unfortunately, drunk drivers normally survive and it's an innocent person killed. May the teen RIP.
