Teen arrested for sex crimes and blackmail

Nicholas Felipe, 19, is charged with indecency with a child in an incident involving a 10-year-old boy and with sexual assault for allegedly attacking a 16-year-old girl he's accused of blackmailing.

T the age of nineteen you are no longer a teenager!! He is guilty of all crimes and should be placed in prison!!!

The free cable tax payers provide in the jails just showed this homie to some Bexar County Beefcakes who are licking their lips right about now....OK (sigh), TV in the jail dayrooms is justified...but only to educational programming and newscasts..no freakin movie channels.
