It sounds to me that Jason Miller's parents did not suscribe to the old adage of "spare the rod - spoil the child!" Now it will be up to the courts to correct the problem. The best solution now is for him to meet a "Board of Education" (make that to read a bamboo cane) applied in the ratio of one swat for each of his years times the number of victims. Should give him something to think about.
