@Stop...my least sincere apologies. Chuckie (his nickname) may have graduated, but that does not change the fact that he would be alive right now if he hadn't been stealing a car in the first place. I hardly call what he did a 'mistake', and blaming it on the 'wrong crowd'. He has a little son, and a little daughter on the way. If his heart was so broken, as you claim, I fail to see how stealing cars while leaving his baby momma at home, was the answer to his problems. He may have had a loving heart, but he should have loved his girlfriend and kids a little more and been working to support them instead of stealing cars.

So quick to judge.... Joseph may have not of been perfect but he still was God s creation..only God can judge him. He was a good friend of my family...obviously you didnt know him as well as you thought he is a hs graduate from John jay .... I went to the graduation... ppl make mistakes when they ar young. ... he hung out with the wrong crowd but the ppl who have been around longer then a few years know that his heart was broken... ppl do craxh things when in pain but he ( believe it or not) had a huge loving heart.... I love you "J"

I do not feel the LEAST bit sympathy for this guy. I know him, I know his family, and I know his girlfriend, who by the way has a kid from him and one on the way. All are high school dropouts, who party all day, collect every type of assistance there is, and even pierced the ear of their little boy, who is like 4 years old. And now the girlfriend is trying to do a plate sale to raise funds for the funeral arrangements. Sorry, but maybe if your dude had been working to support his family instead of stealing from hard working individuals, you guys could be planning a bbq for fun, not for a fundraiser.

Who sent the car hurtling into the thief? Ford or a higher power?

God forbid you make a mistake. People are entitled to make mistakes. Your never suppose to wish death on them. You don't even know the situation and there you go judging. Only God can judge him!

I guess he learned a lesson not to steal anymore cars. Oh I forgot there won't be a next time. I sure that left a mark. Do you need a Tylenol with that. Justice well served.

That should be the new mandatory minimum for car thieves.

You watch....the media will go to the parents house for an interview and they will say their son couldn't have done this. Then they will want the drive that hit him to be arrested! Looks wait and see.
