SAN ANTONIO - The Supreme Court on Wednesday heard a race case that could lead to new limits on affirmative action.
It involves The University of Texas' use of race in college admissions.
A white woman is challenging the program, saying she was discriminated against when the university did not offer her a spot in 2008.
Justice Anthony Kennedy said Texas is arguing that race counts above all.
Justice Elena Kagan is not taking part.
She worked on the case at the Justice Department.
