People are so immature now a days you all do not even know this man but yet criticize him how dare you how dare all of you you all should be ashamed of your selves both of them were in the wrong and they know it you should all feel bad about yourselves commenting such horrible things about a man who has not even done nothing to you JoNoes you act like he raped her which is not the case she let him in the house while the parents were gone so who do you think planned that do you think he went into her mind and said let me come over of course not so i think you should apologize and get over yourself and i am 15 realizing this how old are you supposedly mature but yet that side of you has not come out. he was actually my roommate and is a nice guy...and no i dont have daughter and no i wouldnt be ok with that. but i also believe at the age of 17 my parents taught me wrong from right and she knew that was wrong on her part as well....its not like he just showed up at her house...she invited him over..do i think he did something completely wrong and unethical yes of course..but i think its sad that he gets punished and she probably gets grounded..i guess he should be labeled as a sex offender and she should be labeled as a slore...i can promise you when i was 17 i wasnt inviting teachers over to my house and having sex with them!

sagirl-I can't believe you. Evidently he wasn't as nice as you ASSumed. Would you be ok with a thirty yr old man having sex with your 17 yr old daughter.

Was the juice worth the squeeze? Really? You couldnt wait till she was 18 to do what you did instead you ruined your life forever. He does deserve punishment as the person in a position of trust and influence he bears the full responsibility.

i know this guy....hes a really nice guy. it takes two to tango. yeah bad bad decision but she had to plan a time when she knew her parents wouldnt be home, given him the address, and phone number for this to all happen. this guy is a really good guy that made a terrible decision.
