So somebody did a study and now there is "definative proof" that the downtown area needs a grocery store? LOLOLOLOL!!! San Antonio needs a lot of things. One of the things it needs to do is stop wasting tax payer money on stupid useless studies. I'm sure that any company entertaining the idea of building a grocery store downtown is aleady studying whether it makes good business sense to do so. That's the only study that counts.

HEB needs to lead and build a multi-purpose facility (with multi-floor / apartments or offices above) or take Anchor on a Pantry scale store off Broadway INSIDE the downtown loop to provide some connectivity between the Pearl Brewery and Southtown...with easy access of the new light rail that is being built.
