I hope NISD follows through and seeks to recover every single penny taxpayers have spent on this frivilous lawsuit. If daddys princess is at school everyday and accounted for, he has nothing to worry about! NISD has bent over backwards to accomodate this maniac and his insane religous beliefs. Mark of the beast??? Seriously, daddy sounds like a beast, if you ask me. Quit thumping your bible and be a positve role model for your children, you seem to want a platform or attention at the cost of your children and their education. CPS should intervene

I swear, I mean I fricking SWEAR, when the school wins this battle they better sue the Hernandez family to recoup the costs incurred by this stupid lawsuit and the Hernandez family better pony up EVERY SINGLE CENT. I have a sneaking suspicion they'll try to weasel their way of out reimbursing the school district by claiming poverty though. Or become indignant at the ruling and refuse to pay because it violate's their religious beliefs.

Ms. Hernandez, at the beginning of all this, I supported your cause of not wearing an RFID (religion aside) badge considering the tracking and invasion of privacy concerns. However, you have been given several choices since then 1) wear a non- rfid badge or 2) go back to your home campus. I do believe the school has made accomodations and reasonable attempts to work with you on this. Being a parent myself, I can understand your concern regarding the rfid badges however, your case has gone from not wanting to wear an rfid, to not wanting to wear a badge at all? I know my kids and many more, wear a school id badge since 6th grade, you're in high school therefore, have you not worn a badge since then? If in fact, you don't want to wear a badge at all, then go back to your campus but, chances are they have badges too. Perhaps your cause has lost its focus and now you're on a quest to have things "my way". The fact is, the school has rules that must be followed and in fact are affording you an opportunity to choose. If you are really doing this due to your religious beliefs then consider that if you own a cell phone, gps device, a computer, a tv etc, somehow, all these devices are tracked. Perhaps you've got your mind clouded and confused to think your religious beliefs are being violated. The only thing you're doing to yourself is become the spot light for a news story and little do you know that this spot light will haunt you when you go and apply for a job sometime in the near future and the prospective employer googles your name and see all the trouble caused by your religious belief. In case you don't know, all the stories in the news you've made headlines on are also tracked and employers will stay clear of problematic prospects. I wish you the best of luck but, you have lost my support. Like some people say, know when and how to pick your fights but, this is getting old fast!

WOAI, how long are you going to follow this drama? I mean seriously. This story is as dead as dead can be. This CHILD is trying to buck the school rules. Even worse, she apparently has the full support (personal AND financial) of her parents to continue this fight. Little girl, go to school to LEARN. One day, you may work for the City Council and you can fight every freaking rule them. For now, sit down and shut up. Hey parents, way to be role models. Go away already!
