Spike in Texas seniors on food stamps

Many are finding it more difficult to buy groceries due to the increase in prices. Retirement pay does not increase very much to keep up with inflation. So lets not jump on them before we know what is going on. That being said we have way to many on welfare programs due to laziness, lack of jobs, or brought up on welfare and think this is the way to go. Instead of hiring more IRS agents to steal from us why not put those people to work on weeding out the welfare scams? A lot of our tax dollars go to those that do not deserve it.

I'm 71 years old, and my husband is 75. Neither one of us takes charity or food stamps. These old people who are getting all these food stamps need to be investigated by the law. They probably can't pay for groceries because they are spending all their grocery money on beer, whiskey, dope, pornography, gambling, and honkytonking. Doing any of those things is a sin and an abomination against God and Jesus. I'll also bet that a lot of these people getting food stamps are illegal aliens, and they don't have any business being over here at all. When they take what they aren't entitled to, it is stealing, and stealing is an unforgivable sin because it's covered in the Commandments of the Lord. First, they government needs to stop giving out food stamps altogether. People who get them need to get jobs and work for their groceries like the rest of us. Those who got food stamps because they spent all their grocery money on sin and corruption need to be hauled off to jail in chains and kept there for the rest of their lives. They can be fed bread and water. Those that are illegal aliens need to be loaded up in big trucks, hauled down to the border, and dumped out on the other side. The government should permanently tattoo the foreheads of all illegal aliens caught over here, so that we can identify who they are and can catch them when they sneak back over.

The Republicans have control of the House, but the Democrats have control of the Senate and the White House. So, how do you figure the Republicans took over control of Congress? Anything the House tries to do and bring forward, Harry Reid will not allow on the floor of the Senate for discussion and/or a vote, and so much, Obama promises to veto should the unlikely happen and it land on his desk. Democrats have been in control of 2/3rds of the federal government since 2007. Obama has been since January 2009, at which time he had full party control of government. Don't you liberals think it's about time you take credit for the state of this country?
