OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (NBC News Channel) -- Sheriff's deputies in Oklahoma are looking for a sneaky squirrel that's sabotaging their squad cars.

For the past few weeks some Oklahoma County patrol cars have had the wiring inside the engines chewed through, literally. Now, $700 dollars in repairs later, authorities are looking for a perpetrator videotaped by one of the deputies.

Animal control has been called in to set traps to help catch the furry felon.

just chip all the squirrels... put them on the 'watch' list, 'no-fly' list, heck, even the 'assasination list' if they dare chew Ministerium für Staatssicherheit wires.

Maybe the squirrels ARE the drunk drivers! I’ve known some real squirrels from the Sooner State... and I’d sooner be here than there! This is funny.

Nah, the squirrels are working for the drunk drivers. Or maybe it's those squirrels from the TV commercial.
