Probably, the reason the woman that killed a father and son faces no charges because it’s not against the law to talk on a cell phone while driving. It’s stupid, and negligent, and horrific for the family, who can sue her in civil court, but it isn’t against the law. It IS, however, against the law to run a stop sign or red light. People need to obey our traffic laws, and I think we need one banning talking on a cell phone while driving, period. As much as I hate more laws, this is one we need.

Hope the driver who hit them was not on the phone or texting. That would give me cause to rip that phone out of their hands and call the proctologist to retrieve it.

Good question grand14... guess they just pick and choose who they prosecute. Pretty ridiculous huh?

Why would that driver be facing charges and the woman that killed a father and son after allegedly being on the cell phone and jumping the curb faces no charges?

@jiushw....this is a story about hurt and family, how ugly on your part to push your business onto this?? Your "friendship" line is crap. Get a life and take your business elsewhere, I know I'm NOT gonna be a customer!
