Shopper robbed at gunpoint in Kohl's parking lot

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas - Police are asking for tips after a man was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of Kohl's department store.

The robbery happened Friday night in New Braunfels just after 11 pm. The 34-year-old victim told police a man came up to him in his car, pointed a gun at him and demanded his wallet. The suspect then got into a vehicle and took off.

There's been a lot of armed robberies at one of the gas stations there in New Braunfels lately also. I wonder if they're connected. New Braunfels still has that small town feeling, I hope the police catch the criminals quickly.
