SAN ANTONIO -- A man is in stable condition at University Hospital after he was shot in the head on the West Side early Friday.
The shooting happened at a home on Buena Vista, near Commerce, around 2:30 a.m. Friday. According to police, the victim and the suspect were arguing, when the suspect pulled out a gun and fired it.
Police say the suspect then barricaded himself in the home for about 20 minutes before surrendering.
