Dumbcookie, I'd like to see what happens to you when you try to tase a car that's coming straight for you at 50 mph. Let me know how that works out for ya.

According to WOAI they don't have attorney's just yet. They are waiting to go before a magistrate and then claim to be destitute so we windup paying for a public defender. They should just rot in jail and let Tyrone take them under his wing.

I am not defending the kid. They were both clearly out of hand and the officers responded as they saw fit. My comment is that there is a double standard in the system. Cops get one treatment (Trevino enters a highway, clips a vehicle, and the police investigator says the dead driver should have evaded. Right of way, anyone? Officer rapes someone and is out on a very small bond. For rape? Really?) and the general public gets treated far differently. I simply find that very unfair.

Good - This are the type of high Bonds that should be set for criminals like this, and othes - the higher the bond is, the harder they will be able to get out and keep on doing their criminal actions.

Hey dumbcookie, I'd put a twelve year old girl up against you, especially if she was behind the wheel of a car. Idiot.

Yup, this scumbags family is calling foul on the police for shooting their poor innocent son who was just at the wrong place at the wrong time when he was harrassing old people. He didnt intentionally try to run over that cop, it was just that he didnt have on his prescription glasses and couldnt see where he was going. the cop was wrong for shooting him and almost having him bleed to death. Poor guy, he's such a good boy.

candyman, you are so right!! Now the family of the worthless piece of trash that got shot are blaming the police officer!! His family said that he wasn't armed. I guess trying to run someone over in your car is not considered a weapon in the eyes of this trashy family. Too bad the officer didn't hit him between the eyes!!

Smartcookie (who ain't so smart) and Bookman apparently aren't up on the whole story, and are just out to beat up the cops. Try reading what went down on KSAT's website.

Well, well. A trained officer is injured by a teenager, and the police are all over that case. Gabe Trevino's reckless driving kills an older lady and the police sweep that aside. Where is WOAI's digging into THAT story? How typical.
