Maybe with less scooters being sold the aisles at H.E.B. and Wal-Mart will be a little safer.

Texas medicare carrier is a private insurance company, like any other 'big' business they do not want to spend money, even when a provider has legally earned it. The Texas carrier has caused grief and probaly some deaths because they intimidate the provider from giving doctor approved care, they have a 'doctor' in Dallas that will evaluate your loved one paper without see them in person and decide what minimal care they can approve if any. Ins.company have never cared for their clients, much less the poor and the elderly that can least fight them. I hope the fed investigates them for unlawfully withholding life saving care from those that had doctor approved care and treatment.
