Well, maybe it should be vacant. I know at least five other abundantly qualified people (SAPD officers) to take over and turn the department into something that people actually would not make a mockery of. It's many fine men and women on the front line as individuals, but if your head chief isn't respected, then you go down with the ship. Like the Prez of the US.

I find that first poster's username offensive. I know there's some crazy "evangelists" on this site but 2 wrongs don't make a right, take the high road.
