SAN ANTONIO -- Barricades and smoke bombs surround an apartment complex on the Northwest Side early this morning.
The SWAT team was called to the Seven Oaks Apartment Complex on Danny Kaye around 2 a.m.
Police said 21-year old Matthew Taylor Mays was armed and robbed someone on Babcock, then headed to an apartment.
Police arrived, but Mays wouldn't come out. Officers finally got him out three hours later.
Mays was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery.
Officers say they are looking for a second suspect.
