SAWS offers gardening advice

SAWS Advice -> Stage II

And we, the people who pay the googol-inflated salaries at SAWS, have some "harvesting" advice for them...Never mind...just for the record notice that you guys are concerned about us wasting a couple of dollars a month on watering lawns, when it is public information you waste millions of dollars in parties, outrageous bonuses and prince-like perks for a few privileged "executives". It doesn't add up. For me is the same case than that of Elba Esther Gordillo in Mexico. She was the big teacher union honcho for decades, taking the millions of pesos freely and giving money and jobs to her family, and since yesterday she is in the not-so-nice Santa Martha Acatitla female prison. Justice may be slow, but arrives eventually.
