SAN ANTONIO - Springtime is right around the corner, which means people will be heading outside to water their lawns and landscaping.
Some people may have forgotten, the city is in water restrictions and heavy water use hasn't even started yet.  We spoke to SAWS about what people need to know before spring arrives.

The city with the most water than any other city in North America--- and they play games with the populous. In addition to paying the highest rates in the area. Glad I moved out of the city. No water shortage here. Stop giving in to the liberal Sierra Club. It's just crazy!
