SAN ANTONIO -- Some taxpayers could owe the IRS money now that the owners of a local tax service have been accused of fraud.

The U.S. Justice Department says a couple who owns Fast Cash Refund Express made false deductions and tax credits on customers tax returns. The couple agreed to stop filing tax returns but admitted no guilt. They were also ordered to give the names of past customers.

When the IRS finds false returns, the taxpayer must pay the additional taxes plus interest.

Tryin to help out the struggling tax payers just doesn't work out for some people. It's OK for big corporatinos to get away with it, but when it comes down to the common Joe, it's just not happening...
