WILLIAMSBURG, Kentucky - Ever wonder what you're being served when you sit down to dine at a restaurant?

Customers at The Red Flower Chinese Restaurant in Kentucky say they are being served roadkill. What makes it worse is one customer says she saw employees dragging in a dead deer.

"There was this tail, a big, white, fuzzy, tail. A leg was sticking out of the garbage can," said former customer Katie Hopkins. "They had a box on top of it. They were wheeling it in there, like really quick, like trying to hurry."

Hopkins, who described the scene that left a trail of blood across the floor as 'very disturbing,' called the health department immediately.

After the accusation, the health department checked out the restaurant and shut it down. They made that decision because the owner admitted to bringing in the road kill.

The bigger problem for customers is they don't know if this was the first time.

"We were actually joking about the, you know, the whole Chinese restaurant. You know some rumors that you hear," said Hopkins.

The Red Flower Chinese Restaurant will not face any fines and will be able to reopen if they pass a secondary health inspection. The restaurant owner alleges that he was going to serve the deer to his family and not to customers.

Hello!!!You mean ,you didn't know or heard about all this before. Most of the Asian restaurants all do road kill, cats, dogs, lizards, they all taste good after all that soy sauce that they put on their meals. If you haven't been overseas in those asian countries you'll never know. If you just knew what else they put in their delicacies, you probably get sick. I don't go near chinese restaurants. Now you know why!!!!. Enjoy your meal.
