SAN ANTONIO -- Residents were evacuated after a fire broke out at a Northwest Side apartment complex Tuesday morning.

Firefighters were called to the 4500 block of Gardendale around 6:30 a.m. after someone spotted flames and smoke. Crews were able to contain the fire to one unit, but one other unit was damaged as firefighters tried to reach the flames.

No injuries were reported.

Arson investigators are now looking into what caused the fire.
