SAN ANTONIO -- Police are hoping you can help them find a woman they say stole from the elderly.
Police say 31-year-old Charmain Barcenas is wanted for theft and exploitation of the elderly. Barcenas is described as Hispanic and is about 5'00" tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
Crime Stoppers will
pay up to $500 for information which leads to the arrest of Charmain Barcenas.
