SAN ANTONIO -- A man was robbed at his Northeast Side apartment, and police are hoping you can help them track down the men responsible for the crime.
On Tuesday, November 13, 2012, police were called to the Spanish Main Apartments at 4443 Rittiman Road for a robbery. The victim told officers a woman knocked on the his door, but he did not let her into the apartment. A few moments later, someone started kicking his front door. The victim said he opened the door and saw two black males in the doorway.
One of the males hit the victim with what he described as a black revolver. During a struggle with the suspect, the victim fell into a bush right outside his apartment and was then dragged back inside at gunpoint. He said the two suspects took his wallet and cell phone and then fled in an unknown direction.
Shortly after the robbery, a black male was captured on camera using one of the victim’s cards at a local ATM.
