Puppy burned, dumped in trash bag

SAN ANTONIO -- Animal cruelty officers are investigating after a puppy was burned and dumped in a trash bag on the Southeast Side.

The puppy was discovered near a home on Hicks Street, right by Highlands High School. The homeowner saw the bag, found the dog alive, and called Animal Care Services.

The puppy was picked up and is now under the care of ACS veterinarians.

Cruelty investigators are trying to determine exactly how the dog was injured.

That current hostage situation in Alabama where that POS has taken that little boy hostage could have been prevented if the authorities had arrested him after he had beat a dog to death with a piece of pipe. But the authorities just let him slide. Show me someone who will abuse a dog and I will show you someone who will commit crimes against people.

Find this evil person and throw him UNDER the jail. Pour gas on him and set him on fire, then stick him in a big black plastic bag and leave him in an empty lot. See how he likes it.

If they do this to a poor defenseless animal, they'll do it to children as well. Hope they find the sick jerk and prosecute them to the max (which means a fine and a slap on the wrist). Please post their name if they're found. Better yet, put it on billboard all over town.
