SAN ANTONIO -- Enjoy your bacon this morning, because it may not be available in the future.

That's because of a pork and bacon shortage that's expected around the world. According to the Los Angeles Times, the European Union's pig herd is declining at an alarming rate...

It's all tied to drought conditions in the U.S. that destroyed corn and soybean crops. It became too expensive to feed the animals, so many farmers reduced their herds.

Okay, Hubby's next two paychecks (at least) will be dedicated to another freezer and filling it with the pork & bacon that we love so much and can't live without. Oh, Lordy, Lordy, Lordy, this can't happen!!!!!!!! Bacon, baby back ribs, pork chops, pulled pork sandwiches, and the list is endless.....THIS IS GOING TO HURT A WHOLE LOT OF FOLKS, and fit in to the Muslim plan. Don't kill those feral hogs, catch them, pen them, breed them, feed them, feed them to us!!! My stuffed, thick cut pork chops are phenomenal!!! Think about this: Bologna, wieners, and other items that we don't think about containing pork.
