SAN ANTONIO -- The San Antonio Police Department had a record number of drunk driving arrests over the holiday season.
From December 20th to January 2nd, the department made more than 274 DWI arrests.
Sean Summers, 41, who was arrested for three or more DWI’s back in 2007, was arrested again December 30th for drunk driving. Our News 4 WOAI viewers were concerned as to why he was still out driving.
Cliff Herberg with the Bexar County District Attorney's office said Summers is free to drive because he served his time for the first three DWI’s, which was a year in prison.
Summers was jailed on a $15,000 for the recent charge.
