I would love to have some of the pills you must be taking. Ethnicity can play a factor in who is selling drugs however I would argue that it is people addicted to drugs selling them. People here love to throw out it is "Katrina people" or "Illegals" however I would argue there are just as many white children of Texas Republicans who do the same things. No matter what laws or punishments are passed regarding drugs none of them will work. We are focused on the after problem. Not how to stop it before it starts. We have always been like this no matter what political party has been in office. We need to change, all of us to fix a failed when it started drug war.

15 year olds are the most common frontline drug dealers, sitting bored in public schools when they actually go. And they are all ethnicities too, not just Mexican. Growing up in Asian countries where you don't see that at all, I think more could be done to stop that. You need brains to do calculus for Engineering degrees, and then people complain that Asian countries take the jobs, a lot of them actually graduate college with things like Engineering degrees. UTSA and Texas State should add Petroleum Engineering like A&M already.

It was the local police. Just shows if you play with drugs you will get caught - - - eventually.
