SAN ANTONIO -- Officials have identified a man who was killed while walking across a highway over the weekend.
William Ross, 46, died early Saturday after he was struck by a car on Loop 410 near Babcock. Police say Ross was trying to cross the main lanes of Loop 410 from north to south around 2:30 a.m. Saturday when he was hit. Ross died at the scene.
Police say the driver is not expected to face charges.
