HOUSTON, Texas -- A Houston-area woman is in jail after police say she shot her husband over their pet cat Tuesday.
Police say 42-year-old Audrey Miller told them her husband was going to harm their cat, so she shot him in the stomach. She faces aggravated assault charges.
Miller's husband is recovering. The cat was not hurt.
