This city has so many drunk drivers. My neighbor comes home from work drunk. He is the one driving. I can't figure out how he can stumble out of his truck yet not get pulled over for being drunk. It is everyday of the week. He works for the City I am not even sure how he works. Instead of giving a slap on the hand make them take the bus. The next time take the car and sell it.
