SAN ANTONIO -- Police are searching for a man in a wheelchair after they say he stabbed another man in the leg with a screwdriver.

Investigators say the two men got into a fight inside an apartment on O'Connor Road, near Nacogdoches, around 12:20 a.m. Thursday. A witness told police he woke up and heard an argument going on. He said when he walked out of his room, he saw a man in a wheelchair stab another man. The man in the wheelchair then took off.

Police are still trying to figure out what led to the attack.

The victim was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in stable condition. He is expected to be all right.

These apartments touted they were the safest in San Antonio a year ago. They have had repeated incidents including murder and shootings there. Stay away from them!
