Investigators said the men were in the drive-thru at the Whataburger in the 13,900 block of O'Connor Road around 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, when they tried to pay with a fake $20 bill.

The dummies bleached two dollar bills thinking that whataburger wouldn't know that Thomas Jefferson isn't on the $20.
