SAN ANTONIO -- Police arrested a man accused of posing as a UPS employee in an apparent attempt to burglarize another man's home.

Mathew Ivery is charged with Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault.

An affidavit for Ivery's arrest states the victim answered a knock at the door Tuesday and was sprayed with pepper spray by a man posing as a UPS employee. The victim told investigators the man then forced his way inside his home, and the two got into a struggle. The victim was able to run outside and scream for help, and the intruder ran off.

Police say the victim was able to identify Ivery as the intruder through a photo lineup.
