SAN ANTONIO -- A man and woman are both in the hospital after police say the man attacked the woman Wednesday morning.
The attack happened around 10:15 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Hildebrand.
According to police, the man and woman were arguing, when the man grabbed a knife and began stabbing the woman. The woman managed to get away from the man and then ran for help.
The woman reportedly suffered several severe stab wounds. Police said the man also stabbed himself.
Both were rushed to University Hospital.
