SAN ANTONIO -- Bexar County Jail officials are investigating how an inmate was able to smuggle razor blades inside.

Guards discovered the razor blades following a pat down. The inmate, 21-year-old Francisco Rodriguez, was already behind bars, accused of killing his cousin. He was scheduled to be transferred to another annex.

Reports show Rodriguez wanted to get caught with the razor blades so he could be transferred back, claiming he had too many enemies at the annex.

Rodriguez is now charged with having a deadly weapon in a penal facility.
