SAN ANTONIO -- Police arrested a man they say took nude photos of a 5-year-old girl.
David Wayne Loven, 58, is charged with Sexual Performance By a Child.
An arrest warrant affidavit states the 5-year-old's mother contacted police after the girl told her that her "front bottom hurts" and that Loven, a longtime family friend, had touched the child on her bottom. The girl told ChildSafe counselors Loven had also pulled her pants down and taken pictures of her.
Based on that information, police obtained a search warrant for Loven's home. During their search, they found more than 50 images of the 5-year-old fully clothed, partly nude, and fully nude. They also found several DVD/CD's with video recordings of the girl.
