Police: Driver pulls gun after fender bender accident

SAN ANTONIO -- A fender bender in a restaurant parking lot turned into a case of road rage on the South Side.

The accident happened around 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Bill Miller Restaurant at Roosevelt and Southeast Military. Police say a driver accidentally hit another vehicle and then drove off. The driver whose vehicle was hit then allegedly pulled up alongside the driver who hit him and pointed a gun at him while yelling obscenities.

Police arrested the man who allegedly pulled the gun and charged him with deadly conduct.

"i got out of my car and was willing to settle it like men, and he pulled a gun." Be glad you weren't in Florida,210bro. Under the "Stand your ground" law, the other guy could've plugged you for approaching him in that manner and claim he felt threatened, which would've got him off. Most likely, that banker didn't have a concealed permit which probably resulted in his arrest. Otherwise, the police wouldn't have been able to touch him for defending himself. Yeah, you were very lucky.

Hey 210bro, you were lucky that time. In S.A., people have gotten killed for less than what you did. The guy felt you disrespected him by beating him to the line. Next time you might not get to enjoy your bean and cheese tacos. Doesn't take much to get killed in the mean streets of S.A. Why are so many people in S.A. in a hurry to be first? Were you starving?

I'm not sure which one was the dumbest. Hit and run or pulling a gun out for that ? And to the Bill Miller's guy, glad you got to laugh yourself silly but what if that idiot had pulled the trigger ? No bean and cheese tacos for you.

lol, this happened to me at Bill Miller's on Nacodoches/410. this idiot banker got angry because i beat him to the drive thru line and he proceeded to honk at me like a madman. i got out of my car and was willing to settle it like men, and he pulled a gun. i called the cops, he got arrested. it was awesome, and i laughed myself silly as i ate my bean and cheese tacos.
